Change and Cancellation Policies for Tourism Services

At Culture & Delights, we strive to provide high-quality and satisfying culinary tourism experiences for our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations that require changes or cancellations to scheduled services. The corresponding policies are outlined below:

Date Changes:

  • You may change the tour date a maximum of two times, provided that it is done at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the first activity. Failure to meet this deadline will preclude modifications or refund requests.
  • The time is based on the local schedule of the experience location (Lima, Peru).
  • In the event of an emergency preventing you from participating on the scheduled date, please contact us so we can assist you. In such cases, the relevant personnel will be informed, and the activity will be rescheduled.

Cancellation by the Customer:

  • If you are unable to attend the tour for any reason, it is important to notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first activity so that we can reschedule it at no additional cost.
  • If you fail to show up for the tour or cancel within less than 24 hours prior to the start of the first activity, the full service fee will be charged without the option for refund or rescheduling.
  • The time is based on the local schedule of the experience location (Lima, Peru).
  • If you arrive late for the tour, a tolerance period of 15 minutes will be allowed. After that time, the activity will be considered completed, and the full fee will be charged without the option for refund or rescheduling.

Cancellation by Culture & Delights:

  • In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control. In such instances, a full refund will be offered to the customer.


  • You can request a refund of your parchase within 24 hours after the payment has been made.
  • If you request a refund after 24 hours of payment, a penalty of 20% of the service value will be charged for transaction fees.
  • If you wish to request a refund of your purchase, it will be automatically processed to the card used for payment, in the case of debit, credit, or PayPal.
  • Refunds will not be issued in the case of discounts or special promotions being applied.
