A unique culinary adventure where you will learn to cook and savor the most iconic dishes of Peruvian gastronomy, guided by a professional chef. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the preparation and tasting of the traditional pisco sour.
Available from Monday to Friday, Sundays, and holidays at 9:30 AM.
Languages: Spanish and English.
This experience can be enjoyed from Monday to Friday with a minimum of two people, while Sundays and holidays require a minimum of four people.
Itinerary:
- Pick-up from accommodation in the districts of Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco.
- Departure time: 10:30 AM.
- Arrival at the restaurant: 11:00 AM.
- Event duration: approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes (from 11:00 AM to 2:15 PM).
- Return time to accommodation: 2:30 PM.
- Arrival at accommodation: 2:45-3:00 PM
During the experience, participants will have the opportunity to prepare four delicious dishes, all of which will make a delightful lunch. Each dish will be tasted immediately after its preparation.
At the time of booking you must select a menu option as a preference and the option that obtains the most votes will be chosen to makes that day. It’s important to note that the class will prepare a single menu for all participants; different menus cannot be combined simultaneously. Below are our 2 menu options to choose from:
Option 1:
- Causa de pollo (Yellow potatoes, mayonnaise, avocado and chicken)
- Ceviche de pescado (Fish Ceviche)
- Lomo saltado (Marinated strips of sirloin with onions, tomatoes, fries and rice)

- Papa a la Huancaína (Boiled potatoes in a spicy creamy sauce)
- Ceviche de pescado (Fish Ceviche)
- Ají de gallina (Spicy Creamed Chicken)
- Pastel de choclo dulce (Sweet Corn Cake)
- Vegetarian Option:

Furthermore, the following is included for each participant:
- Welcome Pisco Sour along with its preparation.
- Homemade Passion Fruit Juice to accompany lunch.
